Tone deaf management

I am at my wits end due to The Sanctuary management failing to listen to clients with regards to the improvement and functionality of the gym. Virgin Active decided to close the Gantz Centre gym and allowed the members of this gym to either go to Sanctuary or Waterstone. It is clear that they didn't do any planning for the volume of these members in their current floor plan. Why would they think it's business as usual boggles the mind. I have been speaking to Giselle and she doesn't seem to understand what I have been highlighting to her. Why would they only focus on those who do classes and neglect those who are not interested in classes. Why would the one floor used for stretching be only dedicated for a grid class and stretch class. Why can't the grid class be between 0*** and the stretch class 0*** to find also accommodate those who would also like to make use of the stretch area. They all know that this is peak so they must apply their minds to optimise the limited space to the benefit of all not just for classes. The gym need to be reconfigured to suit the volume of people which has clearly increased due to Gantz Centre closing down. They cannot expect things to work out by themselves without any plans in place. This is ridiculous I have brought this to Virgin Active's management but they don't seem to care to date there has been no feedback or acknowledgment of my complaints that's the customer service culture in SA ignore and the problem will go away.
