Time tables always wrong and not updated online & instructors are always late!

<p>Good day I would like to put in a complaint for Virgin Active Vanderbijlpark. There have been several times now that I come to a scheduled class and the class does not happen, the time table on the website is wrong or the instructor is late. This has happens more that I can count now. For example Wednesday 13 July the time table says it is express abs from 5.00-5.20 this is not correct and the guys working at the virgin don't seem too bothered either. It's unacceptable & wasting my time! </p>
