<p>Previously I've had some "dicey" support from the VA call centre, and was very apprehensive as to how my query would be dealt with today.- And so often I make a point of criticising mediocre or bad service; so it was most refreshing to be able to commend a person/business for their positive attitude and good service. </p> <p>Thumbs up to Tasneem Jacobs who responded efficiently (and quickly) to mey request.
