Signed up with Virgin in July - instead of Planet Fitness for a multitude of reasons. <br> <br> Brilliant service from the start and then met Eugene on the floor a few weeks later while trying to do the box jump - was originally struggling with 60cm. He explained to me the issues with my technique in both jumping and landing and is always there to motivate me when I fall. So today with his help securing the platform and a talk on technique, I managed to jump 1.2m. <br> <br> He's always on the floor ready to help and warmly greet anyone and it's employees like this that make Virgin Active better than all the competition.
