honestly i can't believe this!!!<br> <br> this is my 3rd complaint already and honestly in am not a difficult customer.<br> <br> my premium is just going up without reason, i mean my contract states that it will go up evey year, but its going up every month? <br> <br> the last time i complained virgin active were sorry and said it was a fault on their admin systems taking extras cash!!! how is this happening again?????
