This is totallly unacceptable

I got an sms from VVS indicating that Virgin Active handed me over. When I called VVS they don't answer the phone and I called Virgin Active for more information. T I used to have a membership but terminated it and settled the account but 2 years down the line they hand me over for non-payment. Really?????
