This is not what I signed up for

<p>Virgin acyive contaced me about the special saying if I join in august I get one month free </p> <p>Then on the 2nd they deduct R1400 why. Now im going to incure charges close to a thousand as a result of these unplaned debits . I was told reversal will be immediate still. Its not there. Is virgin active going to pay for my chargws as well? </p> <p> </p> <p>Im really getting fed up. This is really nonsense. is this the kind of service virgin active gives these days.
