Think twice before getting active at Virgin Active

I joinend Virgin Active during the week that preceded the hard lockdown in March 2020. We did not go to the gym once as at that stage you where not allowed to go to the gym. I cancelled the memebership in Sepetember as my circumstance changend. As mentionend before,e did not attend the gym once. The Virgin active club agreed at the time that the first instalment I paid would be sufficient as a cansellation fee as we never used their facillity. I,m however being harrased daily with calls from their suppprt office claiming I'm in areers. The amount varies and then the next consultant claim the matter is resolved and then the next consultsnt states another amount in areers again. I stopped counting how many times they caĺled. Last call I recieved stated again that the first paymnet was sufficient agian....Today I was advised that the account have been handed over again.......I'm fed up ......#$@**£¥₩!!! Virgin Active
