Think twice

Been trying to get hold of virgin active, they say if you press 1 they will call you back, they don't! When you are in the que, you will be number 4 next thing you are number 11 then number 7 then back to number 11. I have been on a call waiting for a representive for 40 mins, and when I started I was number 31. No ways!!!! Do better
