Think and read this carefully before signing up
This is one deplorable business with little to NO hope in sight. Before signing up I asked the consultant if I could please see the blank contract before signing. The **** told me it will be generated after signing and there's nothing available for me to read beforehand. When I entered his office he pulled out documents which had terms and conditions which I requested to read. Apart from no generators available during loadshedding there were times when I visited and there was no power when there was no scheduled loadshedding at the mitchell's plain branch. After signing up you will just be taken to the equipment where you won't be shown how to use electronic equipment nor are there staff on the floor monitoring if the equipment is used correctly. Thankfully my contract has come to an end but not without a call from their collections dept. to ask about a R122 I was in arrears with and not even for 30 days. I am all for granting people jobs with disabilities but I think mental disabilities are rather tricky to say the least. Believe it or not the consultant mentioned the outstanding amount then DEMANDED I make the payment even though this acc is debited. I dropped the call because Janet armstrong clearly did not take her meds that day. I have never taken a call that ridiculous where I started questioning whether or not I was being pranked. I told her I am cancelling my contract because I have relocated and as I am unpacking, this idiot demands I make payment WHILE she is talking to me on the phone. If it's not faulty equipment at their business you will deal with then it's staff like Janet.
