******* in VA Calsward

Guys please don't go to VA CARLSWALD is not safe at all. They've ****** my wallet, cellphone and smar****ch in a LOCKED locker. I couldn't block my cards since my phone was also ******, so I had to go to the bank and only find out the ***** had already swiped my cards. I lodge a complaint to the branch manager and VA customer service but none seemed to care and they didn't even bother to try help. When I opened the case the detective told me that I am not the only one who has reported the similar incident from the same branch. VA Calsward manager needs to learn humanity and customer service, all she could say was "there's nothing I can do".
