Is there an option for a no star. They do not deserve even one star. All they are interested in are how much money you can give them for nothing. How can you keep on paying when you are not even i the country to use the gym. When you try to cancel or supend the gym it Costs you even more. If you do not pay they blacklist you and you are *****ed. Please guys do not ever join virgin active i ahve paid for a gym that I have not used more than 2 months and still had to pay almost R2000 rand just to cancel my contract. Because they do not stipulate specific canceling rates in there contact they can charge you whatever they want and they can change it whenever they want whiteout informing they clients as well. They are just another kind of a *****.
