They keep deducting fees despite cancellation months ago

I have sent an email to Virgin Active middle Nov 2021 to cancel mu membership. Needless to say, I received no response from them. In the meanwhile, they keep dedudcting membership fees every month. They have only one email address one can use to contact them. They either dont read their emails, or chooses to ignore people and steel money from them every month. Never again will I take out membership at VA. There are far better gyms with decent support and customer care in SA.
