They don't care about their customers just their bank account

Terrible customer service. No response to my requests, just a frozen membership I don't know about until the debits start going off my account out of nowhere.

I guess its understandable at the time for an asthmatic person that cannot get vaccinated at the time because he is too young to have it done go to the gym cause there's no risk right ?

Then when I think the dust has settled and I've been vaccinated I decide to start a new membership only for them to tell me at the last minute (standing at the gym) that my membership is pending.

Would not recommend quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
