THEIR STAFF *****S OUT OF LOCKED LOCKERS !!!! AND MANAGEMENT IS HIDING THIS

On 1 January I decided to go to the Gym, as per usual I locked my bag in a locker , locker 128 to be specific. Due to a family emergency I couldnt return to fetch my bag, when I eventually could, I was told that as per their processes they break open the locks at night and move all lost and found items to a locker in the managers office, This is where my nightmare started, my expensive purse with all my cards, An FHI flatiron , A change of clothing, My make up, underwears, EVERYTHING you could possibly pack in this bag is now just MISSING !!!!, according to SI cameras were checked and they cant see the staff member on duty leaving the premises with a MASSIVE TOG BAG. I said this is THEFT and I want to be compensated ! He told me I have no evidence that my bag was ******...So where else could it be? Up to date NO phone call after this messy conversation from a manager happened instead I was gaslit to make it seem like I AM the **** here, my access card shows I was there, I WANT MY BAG OR I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER YOUR STAFF STOLE FROM ME. IF I dont get a response I will resort to Tiktok and make this place go VIRAL for theft. How ridiculous is this? Also cancel this mess and I WONT be paying a can fee you can forget about it, you caused me a whole 5K in replacements for what was in that BAG
