Theft - Poor management

I had a bad experience. They stole my K-way jacket and i kept quite. Guess what now they stole my whole gym attire. I have reported the matter to customer service and the area manager. Guess what the answer was.? There is nothing they can do about it as they did all the investigations from their staff . Im going to spread a word all over South Africa about the bad service i got from Virgin Active in Vodaworld. Guys please be alert that the staff in there are *****ing from the customers and management is useless.
