THEFT OF PERSONAL ITEMS AT VIRGIN ACTIVE PAVILLION DURBAN

I am disappointed with lack of security for gym patrons at Virgin Active SA Pavilion branch in Durban. My cellphone, ID and wallet was ****** from the locker while in the gym. I strongly believe that Virgin Active team need to do more to address this worrying people security issue. I no longer have peace of mind while in the gym at all. The IT system that is always offline doesn't help either.
