Theft of cellphones in the locker

We have a complaint against Virgin Active Rosebank. My Friend and I went to gym this evening, 01 October 2019 around 17:45.We looked our belongings in the locker (purse with cash , cellphone ,car keys etc inside a gym bag).Upon our return from the gym session we noticed that our cellphones( both sumsung) were ****** from the locked locker. So it’s possible that someone has a copy of the keys. We reported the matter to the staff, they took down the make and model of the cellphone, not sure what other actions they have taken as we were busy trying to locate our cellphones.How is this possible. Only the cellphones were ****** from the locker. There is no safety in the women’s locker rooms, so meaning our staff is not safe and we as women are not safe if ******** activities like this can happen at established institutions like Virgin active Rosebank. We do not feel safe if such activities happen. Even when we have locked the locker. It is with a heavy heart that we have to write this. Never did we expect such to happen. We have our personal sensitive information stored on the cellphones Please can you look into this urgently.
