Theft Nothing done about it

My 7 year old daughter forgot her rain jacket last night at the gym after swim lessons. This morning it was not there. Now I am not shocked, as obviously it would be ****** as it is winter. BUT the fact that nothing is going to be done about it. The staff would not be questioned. The manager called Reza politely told me Virgin Active policy and basically told me to ****** off with a smile. I am disgusted to say the least. All i can do is name and shame. Please fellow members, theft is happening at the Virgin Active Sunningdale Branch.
