Theft in Welkom Virgin Active

I am so disappointed about how the manager of Welkom virgin active have reacted when my friend wanted to give here tip off about ****** phone. There was a white lady who lost her phone yesterday at Welkom virgin active changing room, and my friend saw who stole the phone and she wanted to help but stay anonymous, but there manager was so rude and she was so defensive as if she knows something, she said my friend should go to police station to report that not to her because she doesn't have time for the phone that doesn't belong to her. She was so rude but then I felt so sorry for the lady who lost her phone, and you can imagine she is a Dr, think about how much information she has lost in that phone.
