Theft gangs operating in Virgin Active car park

If you can, try and avoid the Virgin Active gym in Bedfordview: in February this year I had my car ****** from their car park and last week, ******* broke into my car and stole my briefcase. There is hardly any CCTV coverage in the car park (when it works - in February the CCTV systems was out of order for weeks) and security offered by G4S is poor, to phrase it mildly (3 guards to cover the whole premises, in an area that is known to be the target of theft syndicates!). I would not be surprised if the guards are actually part of the theft syndicates. So, if you want to avoid being ****** like me, avoid this gym. The staff of Virgin Active Bedfordview and G4S hide snugly behind their indemnification against theft and damage to property, so they don't have to take any responsibility. I reported the incident to the Virgin Active HO, the Bedfordview gym management and the Virgin active facebook page. They all said that the issue was "escalated", whatever that means. Nothing I guess, as nothing has happened: no feedback on corrective action that has or is being taken. Did not expect that from a Virgin branded business nor from G4S Security
