THEFT BY VIRGIN ACTIVE!!!

Virgin Active still keeps taking debit orders from my account after I have cancelled in OCTOBER 2020!

They did the exact same thing after my cancellation in 2010. Is this how scaly Virgin Active does business??? It seems impossible to cancel any membership with them!
