Theft at Virgin Braamfontein

I want to express my dissatisfaction at Virgin Active Braamfontein lately there have lots of theft at this Gym at the management have confirmed that they have few incidents lately but nothing is being done about this,My son 's cell phone was ****** at the locker room while he was in the shower as usual the cameras are always offline.Is this an inside job because the padlocks are not even broken but items are missing.If you are considering joining this Gym please think again.
