Theft at Virgin Active Greenstone Park

On 10/10/2015 my iPhone 6 Plus was ****** from the valuables locker under CCTV surveillance at the Virgin Active Greenstone Park club, as well as three other people's phones on the same day.<br> <br> I wrote a complaint on Hellopeter the next day expressing my disgust at their staff negligence of allowing a ***** onto the premises who wasn't even a Virgin Active member but who got into the club using a ****** Club Card as the CCTV cameras later showed.<br> <br> I then wrote a claim against Virgin Active for the loss of goods amounting to R14,499. <br> <br> I was then told by Virgin Active's insurer after they'd done an investigation that there was no negligence on the part of their customer Virgin Active.<br> <br> I then wrote back asking for an explanation to how they reached this conclusion, as well as some other questions.
