Theft at Virgin Active Greenacres, Port Elizabeth

I am very disappointed when my brother informed me that he was a victim of theft at the Virgin Active Greenacres in Port Elizabeth. I hold the Virgin Active brand at such high regard and I've also been a member of virgin active for many years. He was a victim of theft on 2 occasions, first they stole his trainers in the changing rooms while he had gone into the bathroom and recently they stole his backpack and the person emptied all his belongings into the locker and took the back pack.
