Theft at Virgin Active Dainfern

On Sunday the 13th Of March, My Wallet and Cell phone was ****** from the change rooms. I had placed my bag with my wallet and cell phone in a locker and locked it with a combination lock. Upon my return from training, I noticed that the lock that I secured onto the locker was missing and upon further inspection that my wallet and cell phone was taken. I then had to fill in a report at the gym and was advised that someone would be in contact with me. Nobody has contacted me since. I would like to question the reason why you guys have so many camera's around when you don't put them to use. Is anybody's personal belongings safe at the gym??? Especially considering that my stuff was locked in a locker.
