Theft at Virgin Active Cape Gate

I had a terrible experience this morning(05 October 2021) at Virgin Active Cape Gate whereby I lost my mobile device.

I went for a shower and locked my locker and when I came back from the shower my locker was opened and someone took out my phone on my gym bag, I reported this to the club manager and asked if they would show me the CCTV footage for the entrance at least I think I would recognize the person as there was this guy who kept looking on my side on the change room, but the manager said only police are allowed to be given a footage or shown at least we would have know the details of the person . But I guess I was not helped it only ended on me giving out my statement to them nothing they will do with that. I am thinking of cancelling my membership as it is not safe.
