THEFT AT VIRGIN ACTIVE BEDFORDVIEW

3 weeks ago my business partner and I lost both our car keys at the lockers at the Bedfordview gym. We reported the matter to them and even suggested they use the same mechanism used at say Milpark Virgin Active for Safety boxes. Up to now we have not received any feedback regarding that. Today ( 08/06/2015) my phone was ****** from the lockers. I had my locker locked when I was at the gym and when I came back I put my phone in the locker and went to take a shower. The 5 minutes I took to shower and when I got back the phone was gone. I reported this to management at this club again and was told they would investigate (like they did the last time with the keys). There is clearly a syndicate operating from this club and surely I'm not the only one who has fallen victim to this theft and no serious measures have been undertaken by the club management to curb such incidents. This is just getting ridiculous and one cant always keep an eye on everyone in the lockers while at the gym.
