Theft at the gym and management do NOTHING

On Monday the day the 15 May , my toiletry bag , clothing item and cell phone was ****** out of my locker, i then inform the staff who did not even seem to be bothered about it . i was told by one of the staff that the person who i was suspecting is from Cape Town and has never been to any other club! Which i did not believe. I phoned daily to try get hold of the GM who i eventually got hold of on Thursday. She said that the gym was very safe (lies there has been a number of incidents in past 2months) and that they will investigate the matter. Only on the the 22 did she send me a mail saying the same they are busy investigating. 1 - No one can walk in the gym without being accompanied if its their first time 2- How long does it take to look at the footage and get the suspect information? 3- If there has been a number of incidents (Theft) should the gym not inform the members in order for them to be more vigilant??
