theft at the GYM

good day, I'm here to complain about virgin active Boulders in Midrand, on the 18 in the morning i was at the gym, i took a shower and when i came back i found my locker open whereas it was logged, they took my Iphone 13 Pro and further opened my wallet and took all the money which i had about R1600.

i went to management to report my case and see how can they assist me, she said the unfortunate part is that there is no cameras in the change room and they will look and see if is there anyone looking suspicious, that all. I left the club, 7 days later they havent even called me to ask or maybe report back on what they are doing about this

this i so ridiculous, i mean we paying every month for a place which is unsafe and the club is doing nothing, this was not the 1st or last case and all this time they are just doing nothing. we are just unsafe and they are doing nothing
