Theft and incompetency.

I have attempted to cancel my husband and my gym membership on more than one occasion, and at the end of December sent them an email putting it in writing. If there is a one month notice period I should not have had, the money deducted from my account in February. Basically theft. WHY WHY is it so hard to cancel your membership, they clearly are not doing anything else, like servicing the gym equipment, cleaning it, helping people on the floor. I want my money back.
