theft

I have been a member since they have opened in South Africa, and i have seen hpw its deteriorate, Century City runs its club like a disco club with there music so loud, and broken equipment and the aquac instructors think that their class is the only class running and club mangers like Megan do nothing about it, and we pay a fee MONTHLY and the euiquipment is faulty for more tha a week, i actualy saw last week, and i counted 6 machines that had "SORRY OUR BAD" and guess what still today going on 2 WEEKS still NOT fixed, and to TOP that my member ship was R360 and then all of a sudden its R720, i decided to call them, on a 0800 number and when you press 3 it says you number 42 whahahahahahah and then you call back again and press "1' to join your call is answered with in 1 minute and then the porr ladies "Nasipo" says that they have been billing me incorrrectly, when i actually got a quote fron Tableview, Head Office and Centry City, and that her manager would call me with the moment he gets off the phone YAY right you shame your club!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! taking money that you have no authoration for is theft, we agreed apon an amount, so you cant even have the decensy to call me and advise me that VIRGIN ACTIVE MADE A MISTAKE WOW YOU POOR PEOPLE THAT RUN A CLUB IF THIS IS BUSY THEN I TRULY UNDERSTAND WHY YOU ARE WHERE YOU ARE .................................PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
