The worst service ever !!!

I actually regret enrolling with Virgin active and I’m appalled by the terrible service I’ve received from Virgin Active! From my account debited once and never being debited and told the issue is with my bank. I have gone to the bank and no issue on that side, made to make manual payments and I opened the account for my daughter abd for her to be continuously embarrassed by the staff at the branch in Ecopark in front of her friends and us continuously sending proof of payment. Now today I’m told my account is overdue!! This is the worst and pathetic service ever and I honestly regret leaving Planet Fitness 😡😡😡
