The Worst Gym In SA
<p>Virgin Active prides itself on "professional instructors" and "state of the art equipment". The Glen Acres branch is NOT EQUIP TO BE A VIRGIN ACTIVE! For the last two years the Glen Acres branch has not had a "PROFESSIONAL" instructor for several of its classes! The timetable has not been updated in years! The equipment is so outdated! The saturday class which was a full "kick" class is left with an instructor that should be taking a beginner class! Going to the gym is more of a stress than de-stressing!!! This branch is in need of a serious AUDIT!!! </p>

I would like to note that i have not been contacted by you or any member of your staff! Glen Acres Virgin Active had a open day on the 23/09/2016. The so called "marathon" organized was Ridiculous and not planned at all! Half the class did not have any idea of what was going on. NON-MEMBERS WERE ALL OVER THE [PLACE! VIRGIN ACTIVE GLEN ACRES SHOULD BE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE CURRENT MEMBERS! MEMBERS DO NOT PAY FOR USELESS SERVICE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! DONT BOTHER CONTACTING ME! JUST SORT OUT GLEN ACRES VIRGIN ACTIVE!
