The worst customer service

I joined the gym for me and my child (minor). At the end of the contract, i closed membership.

Almost 2 years later, i receive an sms about a discount on an outstanding balance. Aparently they only closed the parent account and left the minor account open which now incurred interest and i am told that i must pay 22 months worth of interest.
