THE WORST!!!!

this is the worst company ever! been a member for ages, but they canceled my daughter's membership without notification in March. I queried this and it was sorted. Now they have overcharged my account without notification. Phoned and spoke to a guy by the name of Wazir, and he was sooo rude to me. I am soo done with Virgin Active!!!
