the lack of respect in Virgin Active

Wanting to come back to a Virgin Active membership from my current gym, I approached Virgin Active Morningside to assist me and asked if I could experience if moving back to virgin active was worth it. Firstly: the Virgin Active not only had a lack of respect for me but also attempted to mocked me for "lying to them and only wanting to get a free experience". I was then informed on the visitors fee of R300, and when I told them that this is not I am supposed to be charged they started to become derogatory to me as a minor. I was not against the fee, but rather how they went about giving me a false higher fee knowing very well I didn't have enough cash for it. Only having the original R260. their lack of respect for young adults is appalling and that is sad.
