The *********** Virgin Active Stellenbosch Staff

Hi. I just wana inform and tell people that as much and fancy Virgin Active Stellenbosch sounds and looks from the outside, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF *********** people that stands the while day behind a counter or in a group and chit chat while their clients stuff are getting ****** and lost in the gym. On the 4th Of June 2019 My lock on my locker got broken off and someone emptied my wallet. I reported the incident to The virgin Active Stellenbosch staff, i filled in a form. The lady asked me to fill in my name and cellphone number only and that they will investigate and get back to me. That same day she told me that its the 4th time this happens at the club. Up until today the 12th Of June 2019 i havent heard from the manager or any if the staff or even an email saying "we investigating the case" nothing. I tried emailing and calling the manager Myles and he was away on holiday for the weekend(yes holiday while his club us falling apart). So with this i just wana inform anyone and everyone not to even consider joining Stellenbosch Virgin Active coz u will sign up for a LOST.
