The Best Club Manager EVER!!

I recently approached Julian to assist me with an activation fee for joining Virgin Active via Vitality! Unfortunately he was not able to assist...I had to deal with Discovery Vitality directly (which ended up with them not being able to help me either). I found out that Julian had tried via all sorts of angles via Virgin to try and assist me with this...his effort was above and beyond. He then assisted me with getting signed on again and subscription fees. I truly cannot express how great it is to deal with a Club Manager who values Customer Service and clearly will go to whatever means necessary to keep his members happy!! Also, chatting to his staff, they respect and love him!!<br> Greenstone Park Virgin Active is a well run machine and I think Julian has a lot to do with that!!<br> Cannot thank you enough Julian!!!
