At the beginning of the Lockdown, Virgin Active understood our situation and froze our memberships. My sister was paying half price at her gym whilst she was struggling because her business was on a stand still as well. But for us, the members of Virgin Active paying for the gym fees was the least of our problems. I would really like to recommend Virgin Active because now that they are opened, I called their head office to be transferred to another branch and they did it effortlessly and the lady that assisted me was very friendly and helpful.
