Terrible Southgate Virgin Active

I am having the worst experience gyming at Southgate. The gym smells bad, its extremely full, and the service is poor. I have tried to cancel my membership but then I was told to pay the premiums for the duration of the contract in a lump sum. I don't understand why I must be forced to gym in a place where I feel uncomfortable. It was my first time joining Virgin Active and I regret it so much! Virgin Active Southgate contributes poorly to the Virgin Active brand. I really want to gym, but it is a horrible experience everytime I go to that gym. I would not recommend that anyone joins that gym. If you hate it, you will be forced to stay!
