Terrible service Sunninghill Virgin Active Gym

<p>My children swim as part of Aqua Athlete at the Sunninghill Virgin Active Gym. The reception desk staff refused to allow me access to watch my chrildren swim even after I explained that I was orientating a new aupair and needed to show her the ropes! After contacting Virgin head office (on my personal cell as the staff refused to help) I was told that the only one who could help me was the club manager, she was not available and I was told not contactable. The staff refused to contact her or give me her contact details. The staff could not give me a reason as to why they would not let me gain access. I was in work clothes and was clearly not going to "use" their facilities. My husband and both children are members of the gym. The way they staff dealt with this issues was appaling. This mandate of one spectater is out dated and totally rediculous. Why should my entire famiy not be allowed to watch a swimming lesson? The club manager has yet to contact me to explain herself. Such aweful service. Rude, unsympathetic and frankly heartless staff members. I was also suprised that aqua Athlete was also not helpfull.</p>
