Terrible service, manipulation of premium!

I’ve laid a complaint against the premium being debited from my account vs what’s stipulated in my signed contract. I refuse to pay a debit amount that I did not sign for. Your company has gone to an extent to lie that I said I did not sign the contract however countless times I’ve communicated that I refuse to pay an amount of which I did not agree on. Because of the medical aid I used a certain percentage was meant to be deducted from the premium hence I joined your gym. It’s amazing how on your remarks of our interactions your staff have written lies as to what they claim I have said and what claiming certain things were communicated to me which is utter lies. I’m at a point where I’m tired of being understanding and just want this matter resolved
