Terrible Service from Virgin Active.

After signing a contract for R999 a month with the sales agent in October, I have been debited R1440 continuously. When attempting to get assistance with the matter I have been pushed to head office who advises me that there is nothing they can do. Sad service for a massive company like Virgin Active.
