Terrible Service

My daughter joined the gym 9 January it is now 12 June and we have been battling to get them to understand the contract and amount as she is a student and she is on Vitality. These people on the call center are rude they cannot understand what is happening between them and Vitality, they have phoned us on numerous occasions and just puts the phone down on us. We went to see the Ops Manager at Meyersdal Branch a month ago and nothing has been sorted out with this contract. This gym is really useless.
