Terrible service at Virgin active

I received a call from a sales agent(Sethina) To cut a long story short she told me that virgin is running a promotion and that Vitality members get a discount, which I was happy to take, after signing up i was told there is a system issue and they would resolve it and get back to me, no feedback has been given up until i made a follow up this past Monday(3 weeks later)

basically what she told me about the promotion is not true because I do not qualify and in order to cancel the contract I have to pay cancellation fees while she gets commission for signing me up
