Terrible Service at KC Virgin Active

Extremely disappointed with the service that was rendered to me at this KC Virgin Active this afternoon. I am in the process of deciding which Virgin Active gym to join in the new year. I work in Century City and live close to KC. Last week i attended the Century City branch with no hassles and received an excellent welcoming and today i was utterly shocked at the level of service i received from KC. The receptionist Ramona has no customer service and her attitude was blatantly rude and this was unacceptable. I came to the gym this afternoon as a guest with my cousin who is a member at Century City. The sales person Roscoe and the receptionist Ramona explained the "guest" policy but it seemed like the 2 were not on the same page with regards to the rulings. Roscoe explained the guest policy but in the same breath he advised if i had called earlier in the day he could have override the rules so why couldnt this be bypassed when i was there explaining to both of them that my intention is to sign up but i wasnt sure which branch to sign up to. My cousin has been a member for a while and this is the first time that this guest policy has been brought to his attention
