Terrible service as Roodepoort Virgin Active

This review is regarding Virgin Active Roodepoort Gauteng. Today I was about to shower after my workout. I put shampoo on my hair but then the water stopped. The cleaners were not aware of this cut and no notification of this was given prior. The cleaners asked the receptionist and they told them that that knew about it and that the water would be off for another hour! I asked the cleaners to ask the receptionists to help me to get some water just so I could rinse out my hair but they came back and said no-one was coming. There I was freezing not sure what to do as I had no water to rinse out my hair. eventually the cleaner was kind to get me some water and I rinsed it - it was freezing but at least it removed some of the soap. I changed, and then after 20 mins a blonde girl with another lady walk in and when I asked why there was no notice of the water cut she said she announced it an hour prior- I wasn't in the gym then! She didn't even ask for my name. The other lady just said 'sorry sweetie' . I told her they could've put up a notice . and she gave me a half hearted sorry. I said I wanted to speak to the manager , who's name is apparantly Meshak but he wasn't there. She took my details but didn't take my name - I had to call her back to give my name. I feel at R800 a month Virgin Active can and should do better. The approach of this manager was so disinterested as though she's doing me a favour!!!! There is ALWAYS something broken at this gym - recently there were no hairdryers, toilets dont work and today no water ! It's an embarrassment for the brand . The customer service is so bad . It is 3 hours later and still Meshak has not bothered to call me .
