TERRIBLE SERVICE AND GYM MANAGEMENT

I have been a member of the gym for close to 20 years but I have never seen this business being managed so poorly.

Last month they debited my account ( I have proof). This month they again debited account (I have proof). Last month I was told I was owing a further R600 which I agreed they could debit from my account which they did (I have Proof). This week have been told I owe another R600 on top of all that I have been paying.

I would of been OK with all of this if all the gym equipment was actually working. Its a joke. There are weights that have been missing since preCOVID they must just shut it down and allow us to go somewhere else now.
