Terrible Service and Bad attitude from Octovia

Good day Mr Peter, I couldn't sleep without letting the world know about the bad service I received from our Lovely virgin active. I normally go to the gym immediately after work at 6pm, but today l couldn't go earlier becAuse I had other commitments. Around 8pm I decided to go Hit the gym becAuse l couldn't not skip Wednesday leg session. As I got to the gym with My Son who is under my membership Junior Lancelot Ngwenya , we figured out that we forgot our membership cards at home, we told the Lady by the name of Octavia what ever the name is that we don't have the cards. The lady told us that if we don't know my Son s Identity number we must go back home , just because she was lazy to open the system and check Junior's identity number. I then begged her to say we come from far , 15 minutes away from the gym so we can't go back home. A lady who was working with her insisted to help(Edith) she shouted at Edith saying why would you wonna open for them without cards. Mr Peter what I want to say is Octavia manager or no Manager she doesn't have the right to shout at me as a customer because I am not her son and she doesn't pay my membership. Octavia need to recognise that I am the one making sure that her Bread is buttered. Octavia needs to treat clients with respect Nd dignity. OCTAVIA can not shout at me in from of people as if I am a ********. I have been a virgin active member Since 2011.. My wife signed in a membership with virgin active because of my influence. I have over 15 friends who have signed because of me spreading the positive word of mouth. I live in The Reeds Centurion , I Skip Rooihuiskraal virgin active, Red virgin active Cross fit just to drive to Eccopark because of my Loyalty. I love the Club, I love the stuff members, from receptionists - to the Bathrooms. I sometimes wait until 9:30 when the Club closes just to give guys who work there a lift , that's how much I love the Club. Octavia comes today and she abuses us like we ********* because she holds a management tittle. She needs to be kind , she needs to be considerate , I can not pay so much money for me and my wife to experience ****py service.. Her attitude towards human beings sucks because she is a manager. She is abusing her privilege. If I was a white person I wasn't gonna go through all this ****ery. She made me feel small, but when my account is being debited it gets debited without me complaining. 2) The next moment when I went outside the gym l found myself surrounded by Police and security guards because she said I wanted to beat her up. Do you think I am that stupid that I can beat up a women? She was at fault and she has the audacity to call the police to come and arrest me. This lady has issues in her life , please remove her from working with people , no human being deserves this Animal like treatment that she app**** on us. 3) l saw that you guys debited my account whilst I paid cash , when I asked for her help she refused to assist me saying that she has no time for me. I still need answers regarding this unauthorized debit from her within the next 24hrs. Gym is like my home , every time I go to the gym I feel happy and I get to relieve all my stress but getting to the gym after such a long day to experience such a terrible service, Policy being called to come and arrest you is totally unacceptable. You guys you can access all this on your cameras, please retrieve all the data and you will see how she treated me. Can someone call me regarding this within the next 24hrs and explain why did I have to be victim of such bad service. . She also does not have the right to shout at her colleague infront of the clients like she did to Edith manager or no Manager. That is unacceptable. Kind Regards Henry Shongwe
